What to Pack for a Cornwall Glamping Holiday (Eco-Friendly & Stress-Free Guide) Planning a glamping holiday in Cornwall should feel exciting — not overwhelming. At Tregantle Farm Eco Glampsite, we’ve designed each stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, so you can pack light and settle in quickly. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, family, or group, this guide will help you feel fully prepared without bringing more than you need. What We Provide (So You Can Pack Less) One of the most common questions we’re asked is what’s included — and the answer is: quite a lot. Each accommodation comes with a well-equipped kitchen, including pots, pans, utensils, crockery, and wine glasses — everything you need for simple, relaxed meals. You’ll also find: Tea, coffee, and sugar (cafetiere provided) Cooking oil, plus a small selection of herbs and spices Kitchen essentials such as condiments and kitchen roll A complimentary first-morning breakfast hamper For comfort and ease, we also provide: Bed linen and cosy blankets Solar and rechargeable lighting, lanterns, and a torch for nighttime trips Dog-friendly touches including treats, a water bowl, and emergency poo bags Our aim is simple: to help you arrive, unwind, and feel at home straight away. What to Pack for Your Stay Clothing (Think Layers) Cornwall’s weather can change quickly — even in summer — so layers are key. We recommend: Comfortable daytime outfits Warm jumpers or hoodies for evenings A waterproof jacket for coastal walks Footwear (Very Important) A mix of practical and comfortable footwear will make all the difference. Bring: Wellies or walking boots for coastal paths and wetter days Sliders or flip-flops for short nighttime walks to the loo Soft slippers to keep things cosy indoors Towels & Beach Essentials Please bring: Bath towels Beach towels If you’re travelling light (particularly from overseas), we offer a towel bale hire option — available to pre-order via our website extras. Practical Extras A few small items can make your stay even more comfortable: A charging pack/power bank for your devices A reusable water bottle A picnic blanket for beach days Food & Drink Tips We recommend keeping things simple when it comes to food. Bring your preferred milk (although we usually have cow’s milk or oat milk available for emergencies) Avoid bringing too much fridge food — space is limited as there is currently a shared undercounter fridge Plan easy, relaxed meals rather than anything too complicated Simple food, enjoyed slowly outdoors, is often part of the experience. BBQs & Outdoor Cooking For safety and to protect the land, disposable BBQs aren’t permitted on site. BBQs are available to hire, and we also offer charcoal and eco-friendly heat briquettes to make outdoor cooking simple and enjoyable during your stay. What You Don’t Need to Bring To save space (and stress), there are a few things you can leave at home: Kitchen equipment — everything you need is provided. Excess food or bulky items A Gentle Note on Eco Living Tregantle Farm is an eco-conscious glampsite, and we encourage guests to embrace simple, low-impact living during their stay. Please rinse and sort recycling carefully Use compost bins provided for food waste Help us keep the space clean and wildlife-friendly These small actions make a big difference in preserving this special corner of Cornwall. Final Thoughts Glamping is about slowing down, reconnecting, and enjoying life’s simpler pleasures. With a little thoughtful packing, you’ll have everything you need — and nothing you don’t. Pack light, arrive relaxed, and let Cornwall do the rest. Ready to plan your stay? Book your Cornwall glamping escape at Tregantle Farm Eco Glampsite.
